Beautifully furnished 5 bedroom villa with pool and raised spa.
Our villa consists of 5 large bedrooms together with 3½ bathrooms, a large dining & living room overlooking the pool and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
The 5 bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably – all bedrooms have a walk-in closet and the master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Villa specification is as follows:
2 Master bedrooms (queen sized beds) each with en-suite.
1 Double bedroom (complete with flat screen LCD TV).
2 Twin bedrooms.
Family bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with open-plan breakfast bar - including cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine and dishwasher.
Dining area.
Family room - consists of sofas and chair, cable TV, DVD and CD player. There is a Playstation 2 console plus games, a large range of family DVDs and games for your enjoyment.
Private pool (26 by 13 foot) and spa - covered by a lanai and complete with table, sun lounges and chairs. There is a children’s safety fence partitioning the large patio area from the pool. The pool is cleaned weekly by our management company!

The house is fully air conditioned.
There are laundry facilities - washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Linen and towels are provided.
High chair and cot supplied (please bring your own linen).

Our management company is at hand 24 hours per day to provide service and back-up should you need it.
The property houses a private pool and raised spa – cleaned weekly. The property and tenants have free use of the resort facility’s clubhouse which includes: gymnasium, tennis court, volleyball together with pool and air hockey indoor games. There is an internet facility and relaxation area.
Our property is 15 minutes from Disney World. There is also an abundant supply of championship golf courses in the surrounding area.
Pool Heating is an additional £12/day if required.
