Our beautiful, new 4 bedroom villa is situated in the Mediterranean styled gated community of Tuscan Hills. It is superbly furnished to a superior standard and would be ideal for either a large family, two smaller families sharing, or two or three couples looking for a quiet get away. The villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and has its own private screened pool and spa.
Walt Disney World, the fantastic new Poisner Center Mall and a whole host of shops, restaurants, 160 holes of golf including Polo Park, and other attractions are with-in 8 minutes drive, making this the perfect base for your dream vacation.
Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (2 Kings), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, a sofa-bed, air conditioning and heating through-out, Games room (includes air hockey, table football, pool table & electronic darts), stroller, cable television, Playstation2, DVD, CD, VHS systems and a luxury South facing screened spa and extra large pool which can be fully heated (charges apply). Our beautiful, 4 bedroom villa is situated in the prestigious Tuscan Hills development.
Tuscan Hills is a secure gated community located in Davenport on the Highway 27, close to Highway 192, and only minutes from the Interstate 4. This gives you access to all the main traveling routes in central Florida and means that Orlando airport and Sanford airport are just 30 minutes and 60 minutes easy drive from our villa.
The house itself is big enough for either a large family, two smaller families sharing, or two or three couples sharing (sleeping 8-10 adults), with just over 1,850 sq ft of air conditioned living space and a fantastic Games room.
You'll be able to relax around our large South facing 26 by 15 foot pool and should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either sit in the shaded lanai complete with ceiling fan, retire back inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature, or just lie back in our superb spa.
For those who enjoy a more active holiday, Walt Disney World and many of Orlando's world famous attractions are only 12 minutes away by car, alternatively why not spend the day in the superb new Poisener Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinema, situated on Highway 27 just 7 miles away.
On site facilities at Tuscan Hills include a Mediterranean Style Club House with a games room, gym and free wireless internet access. Outside the clubhouse there is a tennis court, children's play area, sand volleyball court, and a palm garden. Coming soon is a fantastic restaurant and bar on-site which serves lunch and dinner.
If you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. There are over 160 holes to be found within a 10 minute radius including the award winning Polo Park, Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate courses.
Located just a short distance from Tuscan Hills you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, bank, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket.
