West Lodge Villa - 4 bedrooms and 3,5 Bathrooms
This four bedroom, three and half bathroom courtyard Mediterranean style villa was built in early 2007. It is located on a peaceful secure development and superbly furnished to an exceptionally high standard, comfortably accommodating 10 people. The private pool is secluded by walls on two sides and lush hedges on the third side with the added bonus of a spa/Jacuzzi and covered lanai. The lower level consists of a lounge with TV and DVD and access to the pool; a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge freezer, large oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher; dining area; master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with patio doors onto the pool area; a laundry room; shared toilet and a spacious garage which is accessible from within the house. The living area has large patio doors to the pool area. The deck has been extended to the full width of the house plus being extended away from the house, with the pool and spa Jacuzzi for you to enjoy whilst relaxing with a poolside drink.
Aprox 30 minute drive from Orlando and 60 minutes from Sanford, There are restaurants, shops and bars within a few minutes of the villa. 15 minutes drive to Disney World and close by to all the major theme parks and golf courses.
