The villa is ideally located for you to experience all that Orlando has to offer. Walt Disney World is just 12 minutes easy drive or 8 minutes by toll road, the award winning Golf courses (over 20 full size courses within a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail outlets, or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars. Within the gated community, facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with gym, tennis court, children's indoor play area, sand volleyball court, and a palm garden. There is also a fantastic restaurant and bar on-site which serves lunch and dinner, ideal if you don't want to journey too far after a busy day adventuring.

With over 2,106 sq ft of living space and two-storey high, this is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing. The villa is made up of 5 bedrooms (2 Queen Master Suites, 1 full bed and 2 twin bedrooms), 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a 26 x 13 ft private Pool with Spa with an extended pool deck and covered lanai, a dining room, a large living room overlooking the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, a large screen television with cable TV and DVD system. The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably but should this not quite fulfil your needs, an easy to transform Queen sized sofa bed can be found in the living room.
