Let us introduce you to your gorgeous holiday home on the outstanding new Mediterranean style community of Tuscan Hills. Set around a pretty landscaped courtyard, newly built Tuscan Palms provides luxury living space on one level. A secure & comfortable home from home, your villa is superbly appointed throughout to become your haven of calm when you are not visiting Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Disney MGM, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens or one of the other exciting activities & experiences the Orlando area has to offer.
TUSCAN HILLS is a secure gated community whose features include its own luxuriously styled clubhouse where you can find our Managing agents on site. It has an ideal location in Davenport on Highway 27, it’s excellently situated for easy access to all Orlando’s attractions & every other amenity you could need.
LIVING AREA - open plan, it has an impressive vaulted ceiling which creates a great sense of space. Carpeted throughout, the comfortable seating area has a 3 seater sofa which doubles as a queen sized sofa bed & patio doors give convenient access to the covered lanai & private pool & spa.
POOL & SPA - Step through the patio doors into the Florida sunshine & cool off in the 26 x13’ screened pool or relax in your own hot tub listening to the soothing waterfall feature. Work on your tan in the well padded loungers & chairs with peace of mind that the safety fence will keep younger children from an unscheduled dip. The covered lanai with ceiling fan gives essential shade & the large table provides a great outdoor family space. West facing, you will have sun till late in the day followed by a lovely sunset to gaze at whilst enjoying a ”sundowner”! The pool area & the lovely landscaped surroundings are tended with care every week & if you are visiting out of season & finding the pool a little chilly for you, it can be heated at an additional charge.
KITCHEN - is fully fitted & has everything you need to cater at home including a full size oven & hob, microwave, large American fridge/freezer with water filter & ice maker, dishwasher, sink with waste disposal as well as all the smaller appliances to make holiday life easy – kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery & glassware for 8 people as well as plastic plates & glasses for use at the pool.
DINING AREAS - the large dining table will easily sit 8 people – extra dining chairs can be found in the bedrooms. A breakfast bar with stools makes a great place for more informal snacking & the large table & chairs in the lanai are perfect for al-fresco dining whilst watching the sunset.
MASTER BEDROOM - light & spacious you are assured of a great night’s sleep in the luxurious & supremely comfortable king size bed. A large dresser with mirror & a huge walk-in wardrobe provide all the storage space you could possibly want. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks & vanity unit with mirror, separate toilet & a very roomy walk-in shower with tiled seat.
DOUBLE BEDROOM - attractive & extremely comfortable bedroom with queen size bed, lots of drawer & hanging space.
TWIN BEDROOM - comfy twin beds, loads more cupboard & drawer space – great for “younger” & “older” kids.
FAMILY BATHROOM - sits conveniently between the double & twin bedrooms, with toilet, sink & vanity unit, bath & overhead shower.

Outside there is a covered lanai with great view over the tennis court, volley ball court, children’s play area & gardens.
Berry Town centre is less than a mile away with Publix supermarket, banks, restaurants & take-aways of all types. One mile away is the junction with US 192 with it’s array of shops, restaurants & attractions & another few minutes brings you to the I 4 which gives access to Orlando & the theme parks, International Drive and the Airports - Orlando International Airport approx 30 - 40 minutes, Sanford airport approx. 1 hr. Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach are approximately 1 hour (east) & Tampa & the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast 90 minutes (southwest). There are plenty of golf courses nearby & more shopping & eating opportunities than you could possibly imagine!
