There are hundreds of villas for you to choose from when you want to visit Disney in Orlando. ….but if you are a discerning visitor who wants somewhere special to stay, that looks a bit ‘different’ from the rest, then Villa Moderne is the place for you!
We hand picked all the furniture ourselves and the paintings on the walls are original works of modern art – hence the name of the villa. We wanted to offer you a holiday home that will entrance you from your first step into the villa and we don’t think you will be disappointed.
Our pool overlooks a pine wood and is south facing, so gets the sun all day long until it goes down but if it gets too hot, there is an extensive covered lanai for you to take cover under and sip a cold drink whilst you watch the birds circling around the trees.
Villa Moderne is on the small, exclusive new gated community of Tuscan Hills, which has a Mediterranean feel. The villa is far from small, though – you will have nearly 3,400 square feet to relax in! If you have any queries, our Management Company is situated in the Clubhouse so help is never far away. The Clubhouse is situated at the entrance to Tuscan Hills has a large lounge area with a TV where you can sit and watch the younger children have fun in the play area but if you are feeling more energetic, there is a fitness room, tennis court and sand volleyball court
A restaurant is scheduled to be built next to the Clubhouse some time in 2007, but there are many good restaurants close by.Tuscan Hills is a 30 minute drive from Orlando airport and is situated only one mile south on Highway 27 as you leave Highway 192 so it is very close to everything you want to experience in Disney – Disney World itself, Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive, several Championship Golf Courses and of course the Malls – Orlando Premium Outlets is only 15 minutes drive away with enough choice to keep you going back again and again for fantastic bargains. There is a huge choice of restaurants, crazy golf, go karting and places to have fun along Highway 192. Even closer, just a couple of minutes away are shopping areas where you will find Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie, pharmacies, banks, opticians – in fact shops to cater for all of your needs, with takeaways – Chinese, Pizza etc if you don’t want to cook. If you do, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen where you can boil an egg or even cook a full roast dinner with no problem! There is even a dish washer so you don’t have to work too hard!
We have a no smoking policy and pets are not allowed but apart from those restrictions, you can enjoy yourself if so many ways!

• Sofa bed in the spacious ‘loft area’ upstairs where you can sit and read or watch TV.
• Computer with monitor and TV/DVD in the loft area – where you can play games, send emails or even do some work if necessary!
• Play station 2 with games
• TV’s in all bedrooms.
• Enough quiet areas to allow everyone to enjoy themselves in their own way.
• 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms – no arguments about who has the first shower! Two are en-suite. The third can be en-suite or act as a main bathroom upstairs.
• Free wireless internet access.
• Free national and international telephone calls.

• Ground floor master suite which has patio doors leading directly to the pool – with king size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, CD player, radio alarm, walk in dressing room, bath, huge shower, two sinks, hairdryer.
• Upstairs second master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, flat screen TV.
• Two more bed rooms – both twin bedded rooms upstairs – one with ability to make en suite if you wish or you can leave it as the main bathroom to be shared by the two twin bedroom occupants plus TV's.
• Upstairs the ‘loft’ area – a huge square landing with computer desk and sofa bed. You can relax quietly there with a book from our library.
• Downstairs 4th bathroom with shower.
• Downstairs living area with two comfy sofas. This leads onto the pool deck and lanai.
• Utility room with washer, dryer and ironing board.
• Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge freezer with ice maker, dish washer, coffee maker, microwave, electric can opener, toaster.
• Beautiful separate dining area for more formal dining.
• Nook area for less formal eating and breakfast bar with four stools – as seen on ‘American Idol’ – very funky!
• Huge family room with leather sectional lounge suite where you can put your feet up and watch the wall mounted LCD TV – or select from our varied range of DVD’s and video’s. This room also has patio doors that lead onto the pool area.
• Fantastic ‘Car Theme’ Games room featuring old hub caps, car plates from many states, and other car memorabilia to enjoy while waiting your turn at basketball, air hockey, darts or pool.
• Beautiful 26’ x 13’ lit pool plus raised spa and large deck where you can sit in the sun and a spacious lanai with table and chairs where you can have lunch or just sit in the shade for a while. The whole area is screened from the insects but not from the sun and the pool has the facility to be surrounded by a safety fence to offer extra protection for children.
