This villa has four separate seating areas, the Family room, Living room, Den and Loft. All four rooms are furnished to a luxurious standard and have comfortable sofas and plenty of table space.
The Family room, Living room and Den are all located on the ground floor.
The Family room is the main seating area in the house. It is located at the rear of the property and overlooks the pool deck through patio doors. It contains two luxurious sofas and a large comfortable chair. There is a entertainment centre which features a large 50" television with cable TV and a DVD system. We have supplied a selection of children's and family films although you are welcome to bring your own from home. As an extra bonus, the cable package includes a large selection of sports channels including LIVE Premiership Football!
The room has four windows, which along with the patio doors leading out onto the pool deck let in lots of natural light. This and the high cathedral ceiling makes it a very comfortable room to relax in and there is also a ceiling fan to ensure that the room stays cool.
The Living room is near the front of the villa and is next to the Dining room and the Master Suite. It contains two comfortable sofas and a large chair. As with the Family room, there are patio doors giving access to the pool deck and letting in lots of daylight. The room has a nice relaxing feel about it and would be an ideal location to curl up and relax with a good book.
Loft
The homes third seating area can be found upstairs at the top of the stairway. It is quite a large area and contains a sofa, a IPOD docking bay and a Apple computer withfree wireless internet access, ideal if the rest of the family are downstairs and you want a quiet ten minutes to go online and check your emails.Den
The Den is sure to be one of the most popular aspects of the villa for anyone who has an interest in computer games as it contains a huge 63" TV, a PlayStation 3 and a Nintendo Wii (games included). There is a comfortable sofa in the Den which can be pulled out and transformed into a double sized sofa bed. The room has its own door and so could easily double as the homes sixth bedroom if needed.
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery. The only thing you need to provide is the food!
There is seating for two at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from which all local, national and international calls are free (mobile phones and premium rate numbers not included).
Laundry Area
Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry cupboard. This can be found at the front of the villa next to the doorway giving internal access to the two car garage.
Dining room and breakfast nook
The villa has two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook.
Dining Room
The dining room is located at the front of the villa and adjoins the Living room. It has a good sized wooden table and eight chairs, and is ideal for both formal and casual meals.
Breakfast Nook
For more informal meals such as breakfast or a light lunch, there is a round glass topped table with four chairs to be found next to the kitchen. It is next to a large bay window which looks out over the pool deck and also floods the area with light.
To add to your further enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun Games Room. The room is carpeted and has ceiling fans and a chilled water dispenser. It features a pool table and a air hockey table.
Additionally, the clubhouse at Tuscan Hills also features a Games room with a pool table, air hockey table and table football. There is also a fully equipped gym complete with a running machine, cross trainer, exercise bike and multi-gym, and outside the clubhouse is a tennis court (racquets in villa), sand volleyball court and a children's play area. All these amenities are available for you to use at no extra cost.
The villa contains five large bedrooms and a double sized sofa-bed in the Den, allowing up to 12 adults to sleep comfortably. All the bedrooms contain their own television with cable TV and a DVD player. They are also all air conditioned ensuring you a comfortable and relaxing nights sleep.
Two of the bedrooms are master suites, one is a en suite double and two are twin rooms.
Master Suite 1
The first Master Suite is located down stairs at the front of the villa. It has a fantastic King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with jetted tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, his n hers basins and vanity mirrors, and a separate toilet.
There is no shortage of storage space with two large walk-in closets, while the final touch of elegance is your own private access via patio doors out onto the pool deck.
Master Suite 2
The second Master Suite is located upstairs at the rear of the villa. It has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a bath/shower unit.As with the first Master Suite, there is a large walk-in closet providing plenty of storage space.
Bedroom two, four and five
Bedrooms four and five each have two single beds and bedroom two (on left) has a full size double bed. All three rooms are located upstairs and are accessed from the loft area.
Bedroom five has a en suite bathroom which is split into two sections. The front section has his n hers wash basins and a large vanity mirror, and the back section has a toilet and a bath/shower unit. While the bathroom could function as an en-suite for bedroom five, it does have a second doorway opening out onto the loft area, and so could be used as a family bathroom for guests staying in the two twin rooms.
All three rooms have adequate storage space. Bedroom two has a large walk in closet, whilst bedrooms four and five each have a built in closet and drawers.
If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a double sized sofa bed located in downstairs Den. This room also features a huge 63" television and two next generation games machines. The villa has a further two bathrooms. One is next to the Den and has a bath/shower unit and the other is accessed direct from the pool deck and features just a toilet and wash basin.
All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.
The villa has its own luxurious 30 foot x 16 foot south facing private pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by a large extended patio that has much more space than a standard villa and includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun loungers, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan.
The pool area is very private and backs onto woodland rather than being overlooked by other villas. It is south facing which gives the added advantage of being in the sunshine all day.
The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! If you find the Pool or Spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended from October to March).
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are a selection of pool toys for the children to play with.
Other features of the pool deck include a large gas powered barbecue, a direct a pool side bathroom which features a toilet and a wash basin, and a pool safety fence for peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place.
