Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom courtyard villa, situated in one of Orlando's newest and most impressive communities - TUSCAN HILLS.
Our villa is in an ideal location for you to experience all that Orlando has to offer. Whether it's the world famous theme parks - Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10 minutes. Award winning golf courses - over 20 full size golf courses within a 20 mile radius. Outstanding shopping malls and retail outlets and a huge selection of restaurants and diners - many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one vacation.
On site facilities include a Mediterranean style clubhouse which boasts a fitness room, child's indoor playroom and a large lounge. Outside the covered lanai overlooks a tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden.
Our villa is furnished to a very high standard and is fully airconditioned with the added benefit of ceiling fans.

Kitchen - Fully equipped for a self catering holiday.
Dining Room - Large dining table and seating for 6 guests
Bedrooms - The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (UK superking), walk in closet, cable TV and en-suite bathroom. The queen bedroom (UK king) and twinroom both have built in closets, cable TV and share the second bathroom. Towels, pool towels and hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
Swimming Pool - Private screened 13' x 26' heated pool. Patio furniture.
