This is a brand new 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom luxury villa with private
swimming pool, spa and games room, which can sleep up to 10 people set
over 2 levels in the secure gated community of Tuscan Hills. Tuscan Hills is in Davenport just a few minutes from Walt Disney World, 30 mins drive from Orlando International airport and 60 mins from Sanford or Tampa airports.
In the local area you will find banks, supermarkets, petrol stations, variety of shops, bars and restaurants. On site there is a club house with gym, volleyball court, tennis court and children's play area.
If golf is your game then you will find several golf courses just
minutes away by car, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Champions Gate and many more.
Orlando is the home of shopping with International drive and the malls,
only a 15-30 min drive away. Walt Disney World is around only 12 minutes away by car, with Universal Studios, Seaworld and the International Drive
attractions around 30 minutes away.
On entry to the villa you will find an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The living area boasts a 37" wall mounted plasma TV, with seating for all the family and has a wildlife theme with an animal print rug and a large bronze cheetah statue. There are patio doors out to the swimming pool/ spa and lania. The pool is 26x13ft and may be heated if required. It is fully screened & and has a safety fence separating the seating area from the pool for the safety of young children. Also on the ground floor is the first of the master bedrooms, the games room and a handy wc.
Boasts a king size bed upgraded bedding, a dresser and mirror, 20" flat screen TV with built in dvd player, patio doors leading to a small, private courtyard, ensuite bathroom including bath, shower with seating area, toilet and vanity unit. There is a large walk in wardrobe with ample hanging space.
Has a pool table and electronic darts board, when you just want to take things easy.
With a queen size bed upgraded bedding, a chest of drawers, 20" flat screen TV with built in dvd player, an ensuite with large shower, toilet and vanity unit. Ample wardrobe space.
