Our Florida Courtyard Villa at Tuscan Hills is situated in a secure gated community with its own luxurious “ Mediterranean Style Clubhouse” This houses its own gym, games room, internet room, lounge area & cable TV, and outside its surrounded by palm trees, shrubs & lawns, a tennis court, sand volley ball court and a children’s play area.
This fabulous courtyard villa with 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, is a 2-storey home with a “south west” facing pool and hot tub, & is situated in Davenport on US27 south, just off the US 192, only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World!
This villa has over 2,106 sq ft of living space, sleeps 10 to 12, with everything in it anyone could wish for under one roof! It has air-conditioning throughout & a burglar alarm for peace of mind & a telephone.
The ground floor consists of a large open plan area, above it is a ceiling fan & within it the lounge comprises of 3 sofas (one can become a queen size bed), a coffee table & two matching lamp tables, a TV & DVD player. The dining room area will seat 8 & kitchen breakfast bar seats 3. The fully fitted kitchen has a 2 door American style fridge-freezer with ice maker, large oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink & waste disposal, toaster, blender, electric tin opener, coffee machine, kettle & china, cutlery & glass enough for 12.
There is a guest bathroom/ cloakroom on the ground level & an archway leading to the master bedroom with a ceiling fan, this is an upgraded king sized bed in dark wood, with matching bed head, drawers, bedside tables, lamps, a clock radio & an amazing walk-in wardrobe & plenty of hangers. French patio doors open onto a small courtyard. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with tiled seat, large bathtub, toilet, vanity unit & hairdryer for convenience.
The staircase leads up to the other 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & utility room via a light vaulted ceiling. The second master bedroom, has a dark wood suite, similar to the one downstairs, a clock radio & a tasteful bedcover & has also been upgraded to a queen size bed, it has a walk-in wardrobe, hangers & en-suite comprising of a vanity unit, toilet & walk-in shower.
The 3rd & 4th bedrooms both have twin beds, bedside tables, drawers & lamps, a large wardrobe & hangers. Along the landing is a cupboard with enough bed linens & towels to sleep 12, a utility room with large American washing machine & tumble dryer, ironing board, iron & washing basket. The 3rd bathroom consists of a vanity unit, toilet & bath / shower unit. The 5th bedroom has a queen-sized sofa bed, TV, DVD, side table & lamp, wardrobes & hangers, so can be used as a bedroom or TV room for the kids!
There is a lovely games room including a 7ft pool table with table tennis top, for added enjoyment. There is also a dartboard plus tv/dvd's in every room.
Access to the pool & hot tub is via the French patio doors in the lounge & opens out onto a large 21sq ft lanai with a ceiling fan & light above. The pool furniture has been upgraded; two loungers, footstools, a round table & four matching chairs surround the fabulous 26x13 ft pool & hot tub/Jacuzzi with a waterfall. There is a pool & hot tub cover to keep the temperature warm & the pool clean, even though the pool & deck is cleaned weekly. The pool area is fully screened & a safety fence separates the seating area from the pool for safety if needed for toddlers.
To reach the villa, it’s only a 30-minute drive from Orlando International Airport & 60 minuets from Sanford Airport; Tampa is one hour away too. Locally amenities can be found on US 27 & US 192, just minutes from the villa. There are banks, petrol stations, chemists, restaurants, diners, bars, take-aways, a massive Wal-Mart superstore, Publix supermarket, shops, hotels & motels & lots more. The retail outlets & malls are only 15 to 25 minuets away, Mall at Millennia, Premium outlets, Florida mall & lots more.
This is a perfect “ Florida Courtyard Villa” for one/two families holidaying together.
